Hailing from England, Manchester. Austin has over 10 years experience and accreditations in the fitness world. 

With accomplishments and team training to complete Marathons, Long distant hikes of most of the United Kingdom, Austin helps push your body but also your mind beyond its capabilities. His main love for Strength and Conditioning comes through in his approach helping his team understand the exercises and equipping them with great technique and risk free movement. 

 

With a qualified understanding and passion to fitness, Austin loves to generate team liberation in his training style not leaving anyone behind. His high energy and friendly smile makes sure everyone gets over the finish line. 

 

He has chosen Australia 🇦🇺 to continue his fitness journey and to take you all on a wild ride to coach you to your fitness goals.

MARIANA

BREATHWORK INSTRUCTOR, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, ANIMAL FLOW & CROSSFIT.

From México City, Mariana is a passionate Coach specializing in integrating mindful movement and breathwork for overall well-being. As an experienced Certified Breathwork and Animal Flow Instructor, CrossFit L1 Trainer and Athlete, and Strength and Conditioning Coach, she offers a mix of practices that will guide you to find joy in discovering how the body can move, focused on strengthening and conditioning the whole body, improving stress and functional range of movement.

 

She believes that true satisfaction comes from helping others transform their lives, through mindfulness, breath, nutrition, and functional movements. Mariana looks to empower people to explore resources and practices that will lead us to a more balanced and connected existence, less reactive and more in tune with the world around us.

 

Mariana loves being in front of our community, have the opportunity to serve others and teach them all the things she has learned in her journey. Teaching others the art of mind-body connection to reconnect with yourself through a different approach to fitness, in search for our strongest and healthiest version.

JAVIER

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, GYMNASTICS, WEIGHTLIFTING, CROSSFIT

Javier is an experienced Coach and CrossFit Athlete with a physiotherapy degree; Level 2 CF trainer with qualifications in weightlifting, gymnastics, strength and conditioning, and mobility.

 

As a physio, Javier understands the importance of injury prevention and proper movement mechanics. He emphasizes technique and mobility to help clients perform exercises safely and effectively, ensuring optimal results while minimizing the risk of injuries.

 

With a passion for weightlifting and deep understanding of the functional movements and training principles, Javier excels in teaching proper lifting techniques. He believes in building a strong foundation through correct form and posture, allowing individuals to progress safely. 

 

With Javier, you can expect personalised attention and support. He is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether it's improving strength, enhancing athletic performance, or simply leading a healthier lifestyle.
