Joining us at Pod1um for the first time? 

We're thrilled for you to get ready for your first Pod1um session! We've got you covered with all the essential information to make your visit a breeze. If you still have burning questions or simply want to chat, drop us a message.

 BOOK IN 

Make sure you've booked into your class so our trainers can ensure your workout is top tier. Simply download the Pod1um Group Fitness app and book in!

 WHAT TO BRING 

All you'll need is suitable shoes, towel and water bottle.

 GETTING HERE 

We're at 21 Maud St, Newstead (open in Google Maps). Most of our classes run at times when on street parking is unmetered but it's always best to check when you arrive!

 QUICK TOUR 

Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session so we can show you around our facilities and answer any questions you may have.

 WORKOUT

Our workouts vary and no two days are the same, however, our expert trainers will guide you through warming up all the way through the cool-down and stretch. The coaches demo all exercises for you before you begin and will assist you throughout to make sure every rep is your best!

 FEEL GREAT 

Once the workout is over, you'll feel an insane amount of energy and be ready to kick goals. Make sure to drink lots of water and if you have any questions at any point don't hesitate to wave down one of our coaches or hit us up here!
