WHAT’S OUR YOGA TRAINING CONSIST OF?
RICK SAVOIA is a passionate teacher who since 2014 has insisted on teaching his students how yoga techniques can be used effectively to maintain physical, mental and emotional health. He has gone through different formations of different styles of yoga and now dedicates himself entirely to creating in his classes an experience that is considered the best part of the day by each of his students, he does this by combining electronic music hits, an instigating environment and an extra dose of energy and enjoyment.
