WHAT IS POD TABATA?
Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. In this fitness class, you’ll use maximum effort over short periods of time with only brief rest breaks. Tabata is an effective workout that can burn more calories in a shorter period of time.
POD Tabata is suitable whether you’re a beginner or an athlete looking for a new challenge. The POD1UM team encourages you to choose your own pace and level where you feel most comfortable.
This class is best performed barefoot as it can create a better sense of your body in space. Tabata training without shoes can actually help improve your balance and overall foot and ankle strength.
