WHAT IS POD PYRAMID?
This session focuses on full-body HIIT training for calorie burn and endurance improvement. You’ll use maximum effort over short periods of time with only brief rest breaks. We encourage you to choose your own pace and level where you feel most comfortable. POD Pyramid is suitable for you whether you are a beginner or an athlete looking for a new challenge.
This class is best performed barefoot as it can create a better sense of your body in space. Pyramid training without shoes can actually help improve your balance and overall foot and ankle strength.
WHAT IS OUR PYRAMID TRAINING CONSIST OF?
Andre’s professional football career has allowed him to play in many football capitals of the world, including Spain, Italy, and finally Brazil. Since Andre settled in Australia 7 years ago, he’s played semi-professional football and coached youth teams.
