Pursuer Over Dreamer

WHAT IS POD CIRCUIT?

This fitness session is focused on functional movement patterns.  There are seven basic movements the human body can perform – Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation, and Gait. Pod Circuit is highly beneficial for fitness as it involves multiple exercises using different parts of the body with little rest.

You’ll find this training is action-packed but can still be personalized to suit your individual requirements.  This form of interval training enhances your body’s calorie-burning capability and you’ll find the benefits from this session continue long after you’ve left the gym.
