Podtensity is one of those workouts that you can be sure will get your heart racing to the beat. Podtensity uses the “Tabata” model, maximising the intensity level throughout the entire cardio workout. It’s simple, but very effective. Sure to improve both your anerobic and aerobic energy systems, all while shedding those extra kilograms for the ultimate summer body.
Trainers will remain on foot during the session, equipped with a microphone to ensure that everyone gets the support they need.

PodPump is the workout you need to get those muscles pumping. PodPump gives you an entire body workout using light to moderate weights and high repetitions. This workout is great for those wanting to tone up and shed the kilos, allowing up to a 400 calorie burn.
