Hi, I'm Cody!
I have experience with weightlifting and cardiovascular endurance and have completed Advanced Degrees in Strength Training, Anatomy, and Advanced Nutrition! I really enjoy teaching Group Fitness classes as it allows me to share my experiences with the aim of encouraging others in their workout. I love inspiring my classes to have fun while they train, and reach their potential in both physical and mental fitness!
Hi, I'm Mayra!
My passion for movement started when I was a little girl. My mother placed me in a ballet school when I was 3 years old and I then moved to jazz, tap dance and Irish step dance. As soon as I finished high school, I was accepted into university and completed my Bachelor of Physical Education and then qualified as a Personal Trainer. I’m passionate about fitness and the effect it has on all of us. My mission in life is to help others in changing their lifestyle and find happiness through movement.
