Start your session with a dynamic full-body warm-up, designed to awaken your muscles and fortify your joints, looking for optimal performance and injury prevention. 

Our goal on this session is to improve your maximum strength. Guiding you through a diverse range of exercises that will push your limits and unlock your true potential as human being.  

To cap off the session, we've added an exciting and short METCON (metabolic conditioning) workout. This carefully crafted routine complements your previous training, improving your strength endurance.
