At Pod1um, we firmly believe that fitness is for everyone, regardless of age, background, or athletic ability. That's why we embrace the philosophy that if you have a body, you are an athlete. Our approach to training revolves around this principle, and we're dedicated to helping every individual unlock their athletic potential.

 

With our carefully designed 12-week periodisation method, we aim to guide our members through a journey of transformation and growth. The program is divided into three distinct phases: ADAPT, STRONG, and EVOLVE.

WE guide ATHLETES through a dynamic four week BLOCK focused on optimal progress and progression. Through tailored exercises and targeted mobility work, we aim to enhance overall fitness and build a deeper understanding of muscle development. It's an exciting phase where ATHLETES not only improve their physical capabilities but also gain valuable insights into their body's potential. Together, we pave the way for sustainable growth and lasting results
A focused journey dedicated to the development of physical strength. This block is all about pushing boundaries and maximizing potential as we delve into strength and conditioning exercises designed to build muscle and increase overall power. Each session is carefully crafted to challenge and push you towards your strength goals, ensuring that you reach new levels of physical prowess by the end of the block.
